Roses are red, violets are blue,
Sugar is sweet, and so are you.
I never knew happiness, until the day
I met you,
Now I can’t imagine my life without you.
With every beat of my heart,
I love you more,
With every breath I take,
I feel you closer.
You light up my world, like the morning sun,
I am forever yours, my love, my one and only one.
So here I am, on bended knee,
Asking you, my love, to marry me.
Will you spend forever, by my side,
As my partner, my lover, and my guide.
I love you more than words can say,
Together, forever, come what may.
